Hey guys,

can anyone give me a rough overview of what happens in those two books? I'm slowly returning to being interested in 40K and bought Fall of Cadia to see if the new fluff is any good, but I noticed there already was some plot advancement before. So what's in it, really? Fenris gone for good or something like that?

Thousand sons are back to a true army. space wolfs started turning into wolften most of the people on fenris are dead (so wolfs will have problems replacing losses) but no real changes truth be told

2000 6000 with Reaver Titan guard 2k
2500 (imperial force)

The people of Fenris have been culled because of demonic corruption, the wider Imperium has lerned of the Fallen, who had been relieased by the Changeling. Magnus has pullde the Planet of Sorcerers into reality, Space Wolves decide to go on a suicide crusade to Cadia. So no more wolves on Fenris...

More like no more Space Wolves at all then, right?

They can't really replace losses from other worlds, or could they? And even if they could, they'd stop being Space Wolves, or what do you think?

And what is the Imperium's reaction to the Fallen? Some Inquisitors maybe wanting a word with a certain Mr. Azreal maybe?

I am sure GW will find a loop hole for the SW to be able to recrute from Fenris and they'll find a loop whole so that the Fallen and the DA reunite without so much as a pause.

GW can't have chaos win so I am expecting GW to pull out the biggest possible BS reason as to why the Imperium is still standing. (Something like: all the chaos forces died because Gurlyman is back and no one can defeat him, what's that? Chaos primarchs? Never heard of them.)

nothings stopping the space wolves from recruiting from fenris. as I understand it the population has been thinned but not totally obliterated.

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

Fenris lost large numbers, not the whole planet's population.
Since we don't really know how sparsely or densely populated Fenris was I'd say the Wolves will just have to find a new way to encourage warfare to find recruits.

I don't break the rules but I'll bend them as far as they'll go.
