I subscribed to WD for the first time in December. January's issue turned up in late December. So far I've yet to receive February's issue.
What is considered the normal range for magazines to arrive? At what point should I contact Customer Support?

GW explained everything really well in a recent Facebook post:

Also, don't forget that AusPost is pretty average with its delivery times.

Where in Aus are you? I'm in suburban Sydney and got mine on Tuesday.

I'm in Perth. I was under the impression that the mag usually arrived in the week prior to the new month. I see they were only dispatched on the 28th, so I'll just be more patient. Thanks for the answer.

White Dwarf became largely irrelevant some time around 4th or 5th edition. It was definitely worth the money in 3rd, but I haven't picked one up in ages so I can't say if the content has improved or if it's just a way for them to charge you for advertising their latest/upcoming products to you every month.

Its way better now, its not like it was way earlier, but its also not the GW product catalogue it was previously.

In what way is it better? Genuinely curious, not sarcastic. Also, is it better to the point where it is actually worth the money?

Yes it has improved from the bi-monthly catalogue/monthly glossy photo album it got split into.
But still not enough quality articles in my opinion.

I've been playing a while, my first model was a lead marine and my first White Dwarf was bound with staples

They're awesome again now.

Nah, not worth the money.

Theres some cool army spotlights, but nothing community created. Some cool fluff pieces.

I have never purchased one, only flipped through friends copys at the FLGS.

Back in the day it had army lists and unit entries that you could add to your army. The one I remember the most had rules for an I.G. armored company with all manner of cool tanks. What's more, it offered hobbying advice for terrain pieces and conversions with *gasp* NON-CITADEL SUPPLIES! HERESY! Now that they have an expansive range of scenery and hobby supplies, it makes no business sense to promote methods they do not directly profit from.
If all they have to offer is fluff, game reports and pictures for my money, I'll pass.
