I still stick to the 5 girls in an immolator strategy. I do so love packing 8 retributors into a repressor though.

Man, I haven't used Rets in aaaaages. Not since I picked up a second exorcist and flyer. Not enough heavy slots to go around. Why can't exorcists be put in squadrons?! I wanna take more shiny toys.

special rule "all three exorcists make a single combined attack. Str10 AP1 apoc blast."

I don't envision exorcists with blast as they are, would be nice though. Maybe d3 SD?

That's what a Repressor is for. 8 fire points and a heavy flamer built in. So now you have 5 heavy flamers bursting from a box. At my local store I brought it once...against orcs. I have since been told it's rude. I melted a trukk and everyone inside...plus most of the trukk behind it and every boy inside that too. The nob in the second trukk lived with 1 wound though.

Well i should say that's the rules i've found.

It has 3 on each side and then the back hatch is two more. The actual model even has 3 ports on each side to allow guns to poke out.

To quote the book:
War Machines of the Adeptus Astartes page 239, "Two models may fire out of the top hatch. In addition there are three firing points on either side of the troop compartment, each of which may be fired out of by a single passenger."
2+3+3=8

It really depends on the target. There's only about a 2 inch separation of the two sides. Since they are mounted on both sides you caaaan carefully aim the repressor at a lot of monsterous creatures and still hit them. Otherwise it works wonders on blobs of people.
