OK, so I'm writing a Warhammer 40K crossover setting with Metamor Keep, a piece of Furry Literature. And I was wondering, can a Single Forge World produce Billions, if not Hundreds of Millions of Tanks and Valkyries a year? I'm just wondering because I'm hoping my setting is realistic enough.

The Allies built about 5 million tanks, vehicles, etc. during WWII. 40k has even more advanced production facilities, and more of them. I'd say a yes to maybe a hundred million tanks a year.

Peregrine - If you like the army buy it, and don't worry about what one random person on the internet thinks.

Sounds good enough. So maybe in my setting I could say the production is slightly more advanced.

It's your story. Say what you like.

"Realistic" and "fits the 40K universe" are not necessarily related.

Enjoy!

40k Already had to fight the Furries and Ponies on /b/ for the "Wednesday Slot", this lead to the Creation of /tg/ (and thus, 1d4chan)

But to your Question? Yes, they pump out hundreds an Hour

If they made 100 million in a year they would be producing about 3 tanks every second. If you think that is realistic go for it.

Another thing that's unrealistic about my version of 40K is that Space Marines number in the Hundreds of Millions, when in fact there are only 1 million Space Marines in 1000 Chapters.

It's an entire world dedicated to building stuff. If it's an important world with lots of supplies coming in to feed the factories, sure.

Yeah I wonder if it's OK for my setting to be unrealistic, and non-canon. Because I think 700,000 Chapters of Space Marines would be awesome. Even though 1,000 chapters is the Canon one.

Why bother using 40k as the crossover if you're already struggling to stay inside it's parameters?
A clever crossover will accommodate both universes without breaking or changing them.
Seems you'd be better just writing your own MLP in Spaaaaceee story.
