I'd swap out one Drop Pod for a Rhino - Flamers and Rhinos go hand in hand. I'd also be trading one of the Frost Axes for a Frost Sword. Hitting at S6 AP3 at initiative should improve your chances of winning the second round.

I think the Rhino is a great idea! The reason I have all frost axes is to make sure I keep their model count high before I hit them with Black Death (which essentially gives rampage)
