What is labeled as a "Titan" for them?
do knights count?

It'll just be the titan patterns included in the Legio Titanicus section of the Red Taghmata book, being, as Doc said, the Warhound, Reaver, and Warlord.
As for Psi titans, it's not like the Talons won't have a Secutarii guard. Its just that the rules for them aren't in the Red book.

They are but no one wants to play against them. As allies as they are manageable. As primary detachments they are too potent for the points and you have to do extreme tailoring to stand a chance, leading to a lot of unfun all around.

Where are you seeing this? I only see a 40k rules pdf on the website.

Thanks
