I was thinking about using him in a 1000 point tournament coming up that limits you to 1 hq, 1 elites, 2+ troops, 1 fa, 1 hs, with a bonus elite/FA/hs.
5 strikes, 5 terminators, 2 dreadknights and this bro. Might be decent for a GK list.

I'd convert them strikes into terminators by cleaving out the HQ and putting on a libby and making him into a

sounds like the perfect situation for him then. as it'll combine the utiklity of a Libby and dragio into one package.

Voldus serves one purpose. Gk psycher for other imperial armies. If you want to reliably cast sanctic powers without dying and a decent psykerr unit for your IoM army take voldus or pay a bunch of tax units for a gk detachment.
