I take guilliman in a imperial knight household detachment
I declare him as my warlord
The detatchment has the rule if this detatchment is your primary you warlord has the super heavy walker character unit type.
So guilliman becomes a shw but has no hull point or armour statistic how does the game handle this

Nope! Guilliman's rule let's him join regardless of faction. If it didn't, he couldn't join CAD's either.
