Subject: Bloodthirster summoning question...

So say I have allotted points into reserve and I attempt to summon a BT with one of my sorcerers or whatnot and it fails. Attempted was an "Unfettered" lets say. The rules say only one of any spell can be cast in any one turn. Could I attempt to summon a different type of BT with another caster? Say one of "Insensate Rage" or any other then the first attempted. Is it considered a different spell because it's a different type? In the keywords for each it has their actual names, not just "bloodthirster". Or does all three being a BT in general negate being able to attempt summoning a diff type in same turn?
Thanks in advance for any info.

Yessir. "Bloodthirster of Unfettered Fury", "Bloodthirster of Insensate Rage", and "Wrath of Khorne Bloodthirster". Both in titled names and in unique keywords for each respective individual.

Each spell has a unique name so is, therefore, a unique spell. Go nuts.

Also different point values, so if you fail to summon one type of Bloodthirster you may not have enough Reinforcement Points to summon a different type.

The points pool will be adjusted so that I can summon two of the most expensive. So regardless of which one gets summoned the points will be there as needed. This is just gonna be a mess around battle but I'm planning on fielding two BTs right away along with required battlelines and couple sorcerers and then summon 1-2 more BTs in as needed.
Buddy I battle with regularly always joked about "If you field one you should field two so it's even harder to focus just one. So, gonna field two, then as they die summon more. Dunno what'll happen or if they'll last but should be interesting. I want to crush his Stormcasts under cloven hooves! lol

You do realize that once the original Bloodthirster is slain that unit is gone. That means you're going to be paying Reinforcement Points for any new Bloodthirsters you summon to replace the first two.

Correct. As in, table whatever at start (2 BTs, battlelines, sorcerers). Then have approx 720 pts in reserve (2 x 360pts) for summoning 2 more BTs. Figuring in the cost of the most expensive, then if initial summons of them fail, will attempt summoning a lesser per turn till I burn up the points in one way or another then burn up any remaining on small stuff if enough left in pool.
