Looks like a missile launcher, autocannon or lascannon, or some combination of two?

It's a Las or autocannon, and with the red wire I would lean towards a Lascannon.

It never ends well

About 90% sure that's either a Lascannon or a third party bit.

I'm pretty sure that's the old Lascannon from around 3rd maybe? I just remembered having one bent before when I was a kid and being afraid to bend it back.

Anti-Armour Swiss Guard

Newcastle, OZ

Looks to be several bits of old RT plastic lascannon (the guard one) with some red wire.
I'd be able to tell more if the fuzzies hadn't attacked the picture.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.

Middle is a missile launcher. Furthest to te left is a lascannon. Looks like the lascannon to me.

His pattern of returning alive after being declared dead occurred often enough during Cain's career that the Munitorum made a special ruling that Ciaphas Cain is to never be considered dead, despite evidence to the contrary.

3rd edition? Not a chance. Probably the original rogue trader heavy weapons. Maybe 2nd edition at the latest.

Looks like an amalgamation of the modern missile launcher and one of the ancient Lascannons from Rogue Trader:
