help me with my de list

i've already bought 10 kabalite warriors and im going to get the start collecting box. so should i get a second raider or a venom or some wracks?

are the black guardians good? should i get them?

can wyches be usefull?

are scourges good?

should i mix in some eldar in the bunch? like wraith lords or wraithguards?

I would say get 2 Venom's & Lhamaean...

Scourge can be good but expensive, Wyches I love to death but right now they're in a bad place and if units that charge get first hit in 8th then they will get worse so don't go there. Wracks are good, need a transport and wander into a different play style of DE then what you got going. Black Guardians are for a different army so careful. Wraith Lords stink right now so don't go their, Wraith Guard are good but expensive and need a transport. Should you mix? It can be good, but I wouldn't do it right now since you seem to be just starting focus on doing one thing right now. So with what you got / plan to get you could run something like this for fun.

Dark eldar are quite popular instead but since they're not top tiers any player that is only interested in win-at-any-cost look at some other army. They're not immediate to play but can be rewarding, they've got several units that are viable.

They're a MSU oriented army basically, with fast units and everything quite expendable, the only investiment in points can be the grotesquerie and the corpsethief claw formations.

They perform better in lists that are assault oriented since they have decent shooting only with poisoned shots. Anti tank is not very effective as you may have a haywire scourges unit that is completely ineffective if there are no vehicles on the board and a few blaster/lances shots, maybe some missiles if you take the flyers.

Go for the assault.

Because that helps a lot and the last thread you made you asked us to do it for you.
I would advice against using comments placed by random forum users as a shopping list for your army. An army is an serious investment, pls do your own research before you start it instead of blindly trusting our advise.
Because who knows someone might just decide to troll you and advice a useless list, or have a radical different playing style than you do ; )

yes i've read the codex and 7th ed and im not blindly taking advice as facts im just asking people for ther prefrences and tips. i prefer to listen to experienced people rather than myself you know what im saying

Ok, cat. First, please change the title, You can go for something eye neutral, like- "Can you help with an army list" or Junior Kabal master/ mistress in search of blood", or any other thing other then this one you have already.

DE are a fast attack, maneuver army. You need to go that route, with heavy hitters coming in for the kill. SO you get jetbikes, tie up stuff, then come in with the skiffs, and drop the troops in on the tied up unit, and continuie to move to flanks, rear, and bounce from one end to the other, as you dominate field space, and take over key terraign, and neutralize the other force.

Wyches, Hemonculi, scourges, etc Try to hit hard, first. and put them to work. it all depends on how you want to go with them, but the DE are a viable threat army, and your opponent is going to want to table you and underestimate your maneuver war.

Raiders, and Warriors. fly around, drop them off in behind, or to the flanks, as you lock whoever your fighting down with the Venoms and reavers,

This army has a few other dark tricks, but the speed, and maneuver is the key.

And how exactly is she going to do that when she doesn't have the Independent character special rule?

Wracks are fun if you like them then you should try out the homunc coven rules, they are really something else. it creates huge blobz of nasty multi wound monsters.

If you play Dark Eldar, you want to buy Gangs of Commorragh at least twice tbh.

Venoms aren't really great now, so if not going for bikes, you might want to read up on Haemonculus Covens which are basically the only slightly competitive Dark Eldar right now.
