Hello there!
I've been back and forth from 40k a significant amount over the years, during that time I've tinkered with homebrew armies/lore/etc and I've been wondering if there is a place on Dakka to share them?
If this section of the forums is not only for actual lore then I'd more then happily share away.

Do you mean rules for the army or just lore or both?

Generaly all fandex stuff is in the Proposed Rule Section. The section doesn't seem to be allergic to a certain amount of fluff as long as there is rules with it. Else, I would try the Dakka Fiction section.
PS: eager to see what you have thought about so far
