Very nicely done application of one of the classic Eldar paint schemes.

I love the grubby white you've used Eldar are traditionally done in bright block clean colours and it's really nice to see them done a little grittier. Makes it look like they've actually been through the wringer on the battlefield

Nice work, and more importantly nice to see a fully painted army (still too rare!).

I admit I prefer a darker green with my Biel-Tan stuff, but the overall effect is nice. Timely too considering half of the craftworld just shattered or whatnot.

I like to think that they usually die whenever they encounter any damage

They do look great though, a nice take on a classical craftworld.
