So playing a pal the other day and the Thantars plasma mortar is ordnance for its stationary profile but also ordnance for its fire on the move profile, yet only GMC and superheavies are allowed to move and fire ordnance, not MC's. Was there a rule missing that allows the Thanatar to move and fire ordnance or should we play it as the fire on the move doesnt have ordnance USR as that makes much more sense!

I believe Relentless mentioning Ordnance is new in 7th, that may be the source of your confusion.
