What's the problem? ork 'naugts are only bs2 and they both lack reliable weapons, so they wouldn't cause a lot of damage anyway.
IKs could be a serious problem instead with their 20+ wounds.

I think peoples concerns about bolters killing tanks has been put to bed....

So, a Land Raider has to be at least toughness 10, since it had 14 armor on all sides, and i would assume 15 wounds. At the very least, a 3+ save.
