Here's a link to the first part of the battle report. Itll lead you through the other parts.

A battle between the Imperial Fists and Iron Warriors during the Siege of Terra; it's a written report and accompanied by photos, rather than being a video report.

Hope you enjoy it; would love to hear what you think.

Some wonderful photography and a very interesting report. Always lovely to see a good quality written report amongst all the videos that have sprung up.

Amen!

Refreshing to see a written report and well written with well painted models.

Only issue I have is that the army list font is pretty hard to read at least on my browser.

Thanks chaps; it was fun to write (and play, of course!).

Apologies about the army list font – it's a result of being exported from some army list builder or other. Every time I attempted to change it, it ended up either illegible because of formatting, or hard-to-read because of the background. I plumped for the latter. I am aiming to pop back and replace it at some point though.

Anyway, glad to see there's still a place for a good old-fashioned written battle report. We're hoping to bring you a fight from Tallarn fairly soon.

Nicely done. I too, prefer a well written battle report over video reports. Did you use LensFX for the glowy eyes/headlights or you running some LEDs. LensFX can add some nice atmosphere when used judiciously.

Thanks for the heads-up on LensFX; I'd not heard of that.

The Imperial Fists and Custodes are lit by LEDs; the ever-talented Bob Hunk explains how he does it in his blog here.

This report was an absolute treat. Wonderful armies and terrain and a well put together narrative.

LED eyes in your entire force was just amazing. I look forward to seeing more for you guys!

I thought the glowy eyes and heads was an after-photo application in photoshop or something. That's real dedication!

Great batrep!
