I heard Iron Hands chapter tactics were removed from 8th edition? Anyone with Iron Hands have a plan with what they'll do if that happens? I was planning to return to 40k with a new Iron Hands chapter but am worried i will have to "counts as" them as another chapter in 8th.

I would expect something for iron hands to be released latter on.. Maybe when they do the Spacemarine Codex


The Indexes at this stage are a gap filler for everyone to be able to play on the new vastly changed ruleset

None of the chapter tactics exist in the index really. The really divergent chapters have their unique units etc, but all the codex chapters are the same except for a few pieces of wargear or special characters here and there. Iron fists doesn't have either, so no "chapter tactics" technically.

Don't worry, it'll be in the codex, iron hands won't get squatted.
