Hey guys, been out of it for a while, rusty on the rules:

If I'm playing Ynnari and want to put Trueborn into a Starweaver, is this even possible with the Starweaver saying that it transports <Masque> units?

Thanks!

Check out the first page of the 'Ynnari Army List' rules, the 'Army of the Reborn' section. If you're making a Ynnari army (which I take to mean you must use 'Ynnari' as the faction keyword that ties all your units together) then all units in your force gain the 'Ynnari' faction keyword and the 'Ynnead's Will' rule which allows them to embark on any Aeldari transport.

yakface's 40K rule #1: Although the rules allow you to use modeling to your advantage, how badly do you need to win your toy soldier games?
yakface's 40K rule #2: Friends don't let friends start a MEQ army.
yakface's 40K rule #3: Codex does not ALWAYS trump the rulebook, so please don't say that!

I believe you gain the Ynnari faction keyword but NOT the Ynnead's Will, which only 2 of the special Ynnari Characters have in their abilities.

You are correct sir! Sorry about that. Yeah, so your regular units from each of the Eldar sub-factions are still only going to be able to ride around in their own transports. Only the actual Ynnari characters are able to go into any of them.
