I haven't read the books regarding recent event in 40k, but I hear the eldar was involved with the healing of Guilliman? If this is true maybe they expect something in return? It surely puts Guilliman in a predicament as he not only has to be loyal to the emperor but also to the eldar.

Specifically, the Ynnari revived him, because they needed a useful ally against Chaos, the Imperium was their best candidate, and reviving Guilliman was the best way to ensure a resurgence of the Imperium while also buying them some major political good-will with the new establishment (given that the new establishment happens to be the bloke they just revived).

In effect, they already have everything they wanted out of the revival.

Guilliman isn't going to feel lime he owes them anything and he shouldn't.

'Altruism' isn't really a word in the Aeldari language and they did what they did to advance themselves, they don't give a damn about humanity.

You are replying from the viewpoint of the eldar. What about the viewpoint from the humans? Sure the humans might not owe the eldar a thing, but the humans don't necessarily know that. The eldar are smart and could use this to their advantage.

It's like Ants cultivating Aphids.

The Ants will protect the Aphids from harm so that they can drink the nectar that the Aphids secrete, which the Ants find as a good source of food that is relatively easier to maintain than having to go out and forage and hunt, especially since the Aphids apparently eat what the Ants can't.

The Aphids just think "Free food and butt massage!"

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

I think the Eldar have their much-needed ally, and one way or another Guilliman could have been revived and so owes no one anything. He was kept in stasis all those years for a reason, and the Eldar provided an opportunity to get him back sooner rather than later.

Gulliman seems to think well of Yrvaine, and seems to consider her as much a friend as is possiable with a Xenos. but somehow the guy doesn't strike me as putting friendship above the needs of the nation. "a nation does not have friends it has intrests"

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two

This. Guilliman is a statesman first and foremost.
