2000 points on the nose. 6 command points for having 2 HQs and 3 troops. Let me know if my points are wrong. Scarab termies and Tzaangors try to get a turn 1 charge with warp time and command rerolls. Annihilators get prescience to hit on 2+ and kill those baddies. Ahriman hangs back and focuses on prescience.

Looks fun but are you forgetting the sorcerers in the points calculations for the squads?
Also, I find that the soulreaper cannon doesn't really add much for the rubrics, but YMMV.
FInally, a TS squad w/Warpflamers is actually very good, I'd try to squeze a 3rd one in there equipped as such! Maybe take some cultists instead of tzaangors.

I'm a long time 1ksons player.
I'd like to hear how the pistol / sword combo works on the Tzaangors. It's a tough trade-off the Tzaangor blades are so good vs a chainsword. You can mix and match I thought about going with x20 with 5 sword and pistol. Keeping Ahriman or Magnus near them for the re-roll of 1's on their invul is nice as well. I think they can out perform the cultist especially with warp time and a better save. I still haven't done much testing with them yet.
I think the major downside to the 1ksons is the lack of good hth units that can go toe to toe with the other big'uns (besides Magnus) I was looking into taking a maulerfiend and a hell drake.

S5 and -3 is nothing to sneeze at...especially when I fluff my wound rolls with the bolters.

Try less rubrics and more scarab occult terminators to go in with Magnus. They'll get 2+ WS rerolling 1's.
