My one concern is your lack of mobility. Outside of the 1 jump squad and the scouts setting up in any kind of advanced position you are going to be slow.

Other than that it does achieve the goal of plasma spam.

This not suposed to be a mobile list.
Normally I castle up (safer now that we ran out of pie) and watch armies melt in front of me.
The assault squad is for a late game deep strike or to take care of flankers depending on terrain and what I am facing.

That's a whole lot of plasma; looks fun to play.

It is and has been since 4th.
BTW that is 23 Plasma Weapon, using just a Space Marine list I can hit 33 if I do it right.

Hard to do plasma spam better than Scions.
