I think they can be built good, caress and fusion pistols are nasty as are the jetbikes and voidweavers, they suffer when overcome with double the models. your st5 ap-3 can only do so much when 100 orks rush your face

Agreed. They can be an absolute powerhouse in the right situations, but they dont have a lot of units and will get bogged down with huge squads and weight of fire
