So this is my attempt on a Nidzilla list. I want it to be Monsters only. Its probably not going to be super competitive but that’s not my main goal. I want it to be fun list to play.

1 Maleceptor is going to baby sit the Exocrines and will help them when thy get tie up CC. i know i could have a hard time holding objectives. I plan on killing every on trying to get to my objectives^^
So what do you think about my list?

The list is quite cool on paper. However, the low model count will hurt you in objectives games...

Also, you might have a hard time vs imperium... They can spam lascanon easily and MCs dont like it obv...

Moreover, MCs arent as good as they used to be... High toughness doesnt matter vs f5 guns, they are vulnerables to multi wounds guns, they suck at holding objectives, they don t benefit from cover, and so on...

Although, nidzilla is still an awsome concept, let me know how you ve done

thank you. I will let you know how it went. I mostly agree on all your points. But my opponent would only bring a lot of Lascannons when he knows that i am going to field a Nidzilla list. So if i catch him off guard i think i am going to be ok. only one way to find out ^^

one thing i would do is try and get a malanthrope or 2 in there, the -1 to hit will give some protection against things killing your fexes and since there 9 wound characters there easy to protect.

Yeah, the low model count is painful....maybe one solution is a Tervigon in a pod, and enough points reserved to summon a couple of Broods...wait till T3, then drop in and grab...still all bigs, though Rippers are Way more practical

I second rippers. 99 pts for 3 small units of Rippers will win you objective games. It frees up your bigger creatures from having to dash for an objective at the last minute.

Malceptor why? Warriors would do this job better. They are also big monsters too so I think aplicable in nidzilla. They can also Ride Trygons which are doing aprox nothing in this list other than being another big creature.

I see no reason not to give your hive tyrant a shooting weapon - he has our best BS in the army. Give him Dev/Deathspitters/heavy venom cannon. All are good.

Also - Tyrannocyte might be worth taking. Getting one of those Melle fex into CC early might help.

I appreciate your advise but i really want it to be Monsters only. And warriors are infantry. I think if we play Maelstrom of War missions I am gonna do ok. Eternal War on the other hand i am not so sure. I will include a Malanthrope if we are going to play with FW stuff. If my games go terrible i might include Rippers to make it an old school style Nidzilla list. Any thing else you would change i thought of bringing one Haruspex to kill infantry

I think a potential solution to your issue (depending on your collection) is simply add more carnifex, super cheap now and toolboxey to an extent

for example this is only 1465 pts you end up with 535 points to get you to 2k , which is 3 to 5 more Carnifex's depending on extra wargear you want to fill in with extra bio-plasma/toxin sacs/glands
or some variety of shooting/melee with exocrine's/Tfex's or trygons.

I'd drop the Male for an Exo at least?
Maybe drop a Trygon, get wings on the Flyrants for maneouverability and add a Toxi?

Maleceptor will provide a tougher synape than Tyrant. And i want to test it i also like the modell. I am not sure about the Toxi do you think it is good?

I don’t have an Exo and i can't buy it ATM because GW have non available and all the other stores don’t have one either :(
