Hey,
I recently start a new army and now I need to weather the minis.My main color is mechanicus standard grey and calgar blue and I use celestra grey and fenrisian grey for the highlights.I want my model to have chipping and cracks in their armor.Any suggestion on what paint to use?

I don't know what Scorched Brown is called now, but that sort of dark Umber with some black and a tiny bit of metallic gunmetal/oily-steel, using a simple sponge technique is great on, well most colors actually, but also on gray.

Yup! Sponge on Rhnox hide and paint a bit of silver in the middle.

Mournfang.

Mournfang brown with a very small mix (like a pin drop) of Nuln Oil makes a nice rust over Mechanicus Grey. Add in some Leadbelcher or Soulfang Silver in the middle for some rusted dents and such. You can also use Leadbelcher and Soulfang highlights for more recent damage. Throw on some Nuln Oil for grime and never forget that sponging or dry brushing some Mournfang or Ubshanti Bone makes nice dust.

Paint an incredibly thin/small line/dot of Rhinox Hide and directly below it paint a line of your final highlight colour (for example Administratum Grey). This is what I do to weather grey and it's something I have been doing a lot recently. Some examples:
