Aside from Primaris Marines and Death Guard, is there any news/rumors anout which armies will see new models?

the only hints we've had floating around are Emperor's Children (activities and stuff mentioned in codexes). And (I can only hope) after releasing celestine in plastic, trhey'll probably do a sisters mini-release on the scale of harlequins and GSC.

I suspect almost all of them. The real question is, which armies WON'T receive new models? My guess; Sisters  , Genestealer Cult, Harlequins, tiny-tiny 'dexes (Assassins, Ministorum, all the really super-small "army lists" in Imperial 2)... and that's about it?

No solid info I have seen at this point. Armies that still have significant quantities of finecast in their range (like Eldar Aspect Warriors) may be in line for a plastic revamp. Alternatively they may phase out those lines and concentrate more on the plastic stuff like Wraith units and jetbikes.
I guess we will just have to wait and see.
