Hello just bought a 2nd hand army and being new at 40k I got the email xenon 1 book but some of the units are missing in it like the massive Necron pylon I'm building, are there official rules or stats I can find for these?

I don't play Necrons, but I believe they have a Forgeworld model called a Pylon. It would probably be in the Forgeworld Xenos index.

40k Armies:
Alaitoc 9300 points
Chaos 15000 points
Speed Freeks 3850 points

WHFB Armies:
Lizardmen 1000 points

Not trying to be a dick here, but if that sort of thing rubs you the wrong way then you may not want to pickup 40k.

Not saying it isn't bs, but it sort of comes with the territory.

Forgeworld makes high end as in really expensive models for 40k that aren't part of the standard game. They can be used in all games but are not normally included in the codex, or. In this case index

Like many other companies, Games Workshop is the over-company and it possesses several sub-companies. Forgeworld is one, just like Citadel and The Dark Library is.

As others have said Forgeworld is a premium service, offering high-end models for the systems of Games Workshop.

Has Forgeworld released the 8th Ed compatible rules associated of the models they sell? I didn't see it on their downloads page when I checked in the last week.

It tells us right there on the product page where the rules are found.
