That model looks great, and better than I can manage.
The thing that caught me was the split between the parts of the gun barrels. I get that happening to me all the time, and I have to re-glue them and clamp them closed.

Otherwise, an excellent piece.

Yeah tell me about it, the model was rushed a little to get it onto a table. It then got promptly sacrificed to Khorne! But hey thats another story!
Gonna bring it back and smooth over the gun barrel with some liquid green stuff then repaint it. Matter of minutes!

Glue and a clamp helps a bit more than just LGS, though you need both. With a gap like that, the LGS will sink and settle, meaning you need a few layers. If you glue and clamp first, it makes for less work.

Take it from me, I have done five of these things in the last two weeks.

And a final wash of Nuln Oil to take the shine of the glue away.

agree with every word, could have cried when I spotted the gap. Hadn't spotted it until well after the black basecoat went on!

What puts me off the Kastellan model is the head but you've done a nice job on it, I might have to get some.

Splitting parts is easily the most annoying part of plastic kits, you've done a wonderful painting job though.
