this is my first 8th edition list, so be as harsh as you need to be!
I have always liked the versatility of the razorback model, and I think I may have a list that would be fun to play...

The plan is to split the tac squads between the razorbacks and the ground. Lascannon 'rines on the ground and flamers in the vehicles.
Telion will infiltrate in, there for more of annoyance more than anything.

Are you planning on camping the Tac squads in cover or combat squading them? I ask because I'm sure you know that Razorbacks can only carry six marines.

Yes, heavy weapon rine and 4 bolter rines combat squadded in cover to hold objectives on my side.
Sgt and Flamer with 3 bolter rines in the razorbacks.

Ah sorry, overlooked that part. I like the list, seems very solid. I do wonder how you would do against a heavy flyer or heavy mech list, but this looks like a great TAC list.

Just curious about the purpose of the one HB Tactical Squad. Is that just to add to your Lascannon firebase?

Points was the major factor.
Second was I wanted to try it out. I haven't seen a lot of HBs fielded in 8th edition locally.

Hey there; one major suggestion to improve the efficiency of this list?

Reduce the Tactical Squads down to 5 with powerfist and flamer.

Then make each of those 5 man lascannons marine teams a devastator squad instead of a tactical squad. this has the following bonuses:

1) exactly the same points cost

2) Armourium Cherub for free, allowing you to double shoot the heavy weapon once per game

3) Signum on sgt figure for free, making those 3+ Lascannons 2+ (66.6% < 83.3%) -a significant increase in reliability.

4) As you're not using your heavy support slots anyway; there is literally no downside, you merely gain each squad a double shooting once per game and a 17% accuracy boost on those expensive heavy weapons

Isn't the cherub a 5 point upgrade? I don't have the new marines code but in the index it's an upgrade... The devastator sergeant with signum is a no brainer for this list.

Yeah me neither but I'm reliably informed that the cost of the cherub was removed in the codex!!
