At those counts you may be boned if you are trying for a bulk buy.

Id say your best options is to contact mad robot miniatures or Victoria miniatures and see if you can get some kinda bulk discount or just wait for a sale.

or, just buy Cadian lasguns in groups of 10, 10 times or whatever, until you have your 100. Is your concern trying to get cheaper cost or just find them available at all? You are not going to get much cheaper than buying Cadian lasgun arms from 3rd parties.
