Iv been working with a 2k list idea for an all primarus army for a while now

they work ok. not great

so this be my attempt at making a relatively ok all rounder list

I feel like the primary issues with the list is going to be anti tank only being the hell blasters so any long distances ones might give me trouble. but this list is VERY TIGHT trying to fit in that extra 2 CP in hopes of doing a chapter master boost which leaves me with 5 extra CP for the rest of the game which i think would be fine in the sense that at most i will only ever use bolter drill rarely or the reroll one dice one so 5 should be ok.

It's not that bad. I would try to take a Librarian over a Chaplain if possible, and I like the Redemptor better than the Agressors with an all Primaris List. Hellblasters will do the anti tank job fine for the most part. T8 is all they really struggle with.

Dunno about the lib. 2/2 games it was no fun zone and getting into range with him has been a pain.

only reason im liking the chap is because the aggressors are flamers and wont need the captain buff. making that repulsor package fairly autonomous. i want the redemptor as well eventually but that one is on the back burner.

i could drop a unit of hell blasters for more points then i could probably swap around one of the leutenants for a librarian and some las cannons but i like the idea of 3+5 cp.

The Librarian is a personal preference, and your justification on the Chaplain makes perfect sense. I would hesitate to drop any Hellblasters though. They are worth their weight in gold in a Primaris heavy list, doubly so in an all Primaris list.

Oh man after a weekend of playing it was pointed out to me that i was paying for 10 man intersestor squads instead of 5. 300 points freed up again so ran a bit of this

1999 points Worked out pretty well. hell blasters + chapter master strat upgrade is dumb AF

Hahaha, I didn't check the points or I would hav mentioned it. Sorry! Hellblasters are amazing. I typically go 10 with a Rhino Primaris and regularly kill Land Raiders in a single turn of shooting. Other than that yeah, this list looks really solid with those extra 300 points. Have you tried apothecaries yet this edition? You might like that better than the second lieutenant. With Primaris guys they can really stretch your unit effectiveness.
