Can this list even be called Death Guard or just hyper Nurgulized list? Everything other then RnH got all the nurgle affiliated bonuses with mark.

Do the Plague Bearers & Renegade Disciple(?) have the <DEATH GUARD> keyword? If not it's a CHAOS NURGLE list.

Chaos list, R&H can't gain the Nurgle keyword

(They can be dedicated to Nurgle is a Renegade leader guy is your warlord, but don't gain the keyword (and the dedication does almost nothing)).

Perfectly legal, but you are missing out on some nice pure DG benefits from the new codex.

I doubt the dicliples are worth taking at 1k. In larger points you could split them into a different detachment.

Hmmm, I took the RnH for the cheap lascannon and cool paint jobs that..are currently in my head.
What if the drop the plague demons, add a malefic lord and creates a seperate RnH detach? with 5 ogryn brutes.
Does that count as a death guard army or I need the same DH keyword across all the detach?

As long as the DG detachment contains only DG models, you get the benefits (for that detachment alone: troops from other ones don't get ObSec, for example). But you can have other detachments normally, as long as they share the keyword "chaos".
