So I want to model my raveners with Devourers but sadly it doesn't come in the box whats the best way to make this happen? I'am new to the hobby and not sure I understand why it gives you the options but don't put it in the box.

By default, the Raveners actually have their ranged weapons integrated into their chest plates.

The Devourer option is the one with the big open hole. The Spinefists are the chests bristling with small points. They're all in the torso options, because the arms are all slashy rendy.

Raveners are basically Hydralisks

So yes the weapons are in their chest plate instead of on the arms; for this reason you can get away a bit more so with them in not having to have them perfect for WYSIWYG. The original editions did carry guns, then the second edition of them in metal simply had arms with no alternative weapon choices (though genestealer claws were good for rending claws on them). Plastic edition they've got proper chest weapons.
