This has probably been asked before but ive searched and not been able to find an answer.
Does the killshot stratagem for space marines buff all 3 predators or just the one that you see is in range of the other two?

All three, as far as im aware.
The Strategem says 'all of the Predators' ', instead of 'Predator's', it means all 3.

Not really, only works when all 3 are alive. It's good, but easy to shut down and will very rarely get used past turn 2.

"Courage and Honour. I hear you murmur these words in the mist, in their wake I hear your hearts beat harder with false conviction seeking to convince yourselves that a brave death has meaning.
There is no courage to be found here my nephews, no honour to be had. Your souls will join the trillion others in the mist shrieking uselessly to eternity, weeping for the empire you could not save.
To the unfaithful, I bring holy plagues ripe with enlightenment. To the devout, I bring the blessing of immortality through the kiss of sacred rot.
And to you, new-born sons of Gulliman, to you flesh crafted puppets of a failing Imperium I bring the holiest gift of all.... Silence."

It's one of those strategems that rewards you for taking otherwise inadvisable/overcosted combos - Three Predators are really expensive and inadvisable in normal circumstances, but are also fluffy and GW wants to encourage that kind of play. (Because it also means that players have to buy three Predators.) As such, they give a really powerful ability that can only be used if you pay through the nose for it.
Incidentally, a way to prevent getting one of your Predators popped early is to take four or five of them. Just write GW a check for one arm and one leg to pay for the models you'll need...

While i can see it being hard to pull off and jump through all the hoops the reward does seem preety dam powerful

It's pretty good, though I don't know if it's really any better than the benefits you get from having a Captain/ CM nearby and a Lieutenant. (If you combine re-rolls to hit, to wound on 1s, and the strategem, though? You're looking at an average of 10 wounds against a Land Raider equivalent (or really anything with a 2+ save and T8 or lower) and 12 wounds against anything with a 3+ save.
Throw in an extra command point to re-roll a '1' result on Damage, and you've got a couple of Predators able to kill an Imperial Knight in one turn, with a third predator available for something else.
