Hi guys!
I put togethger a few conversions today that i wanted to show you. I got inspired by the new models, I have a ton of plague marines from before so i thought i could convert some of the new ones to fit elite slots in my DG brigade. I'm looking for suggestions on improvement and C&C.

Biologous putrifier - The ingjector pistol I made from scratch using a small part of the pistol the model had from before. i Made it from a tube, plasticard, a steel rod and some green stuff. The bag of goo is something i had left froma tytranid sprue.






Tallyman - This model already had a bolter with some wood like material on it. so i chose to use that as the book cover.The book is meant to look tattered and broken from many battles. I was considering doing something with his right hand - im open for suggestions.







Lord in terminator armour with the plaguebringer - The plaguebringer is "a hooked blade" so i thought this was close enough. Also it looks different. I jsut clipped of the axe blade, and a smaller piece of the axe blade and turned it arround and glued it on. Simple!

I'ma....I'ma stealing these ideas.

It would be super simple to put some kind of writing instrument in the Tallyman's right hand. I really like the injector pistol on your Putrifier, but no grenade racks? :O

You're right, I'm gonna have to make a couple granade racks for him.

What kind of instrument would you suggest? his posture is kinda typical for throwing a granade imo.

With a feather you could make a quill, or you could give him some kind of pen or pencil. You're right though, the pose says grenade (although if I ever tried to throw a grenade all sidearm like that in the Army, I would have had a black eye to show for it).

A quill would look great, but like you said, probably better on a different model.

I say leave your tallyman as is, it's got a far more utilitarian, combat ready appearance than the official model (which looks cartoonish and daft imo).
