Blood of the Martyrs is certainly my favorite piece of 40k art and I don't even play Sisters.
For whatever reason I've always found the art that provides a glance at life in the 41st millenium more intriguing than the fight scenes.

From my own personal experience, you get quality, pardon the crappy photo:
My image came in a nicely done frame and a certificate to boot. They even included the screws and wall mount. 
If I had flat more walls I'd get more of these myself, but alas.

I thought Valedor was the cover art of the now OOP Apocalypse book, but I think it may be a particular piece of interior art instead.
Though it does feature both shades of Aeldari, so it could be a new one post Fall of Cadia, not sure as I never read the Valedor book.

It's a good mix of old and new, especially the Cadian pieces. I never thought I'd see the day they'd turn the Kopinski Cadian box art into a proper framed print. Way back when they still did boxed sets with that sort of art I'd always cut the covers off and use them to decorate my school binders and whatnot.
Can't wait for the next update myself, hopefully there'll be some Necromunda art in there.
