Can anyone identify where the head in this model comes from? It's not the actual stock head for the model, and it works so well with it. Thank you.

Looks like one of the Primaris Lieutenant heads --- but I'm probably wrong. there are plenty of scowling bald Marine heads. I used one on a Chaos Marine Lord I did, but he didn't have the service stud stuff on the back.

That figure did come with two or three head options right? I personally think the old bearded one is best by miles.

Nope it only comes with one head option to my knowledge.

On a second glance - does the head have a top knot? Almost looks like it.
