Left-hand model is an "old" Imperial Preacher. Could use him as an Administorum Priest
Middle model originally was an Inquisitor Retinue model. You could use him as an Acolyte or Administorum Priest.
Right-hand model is an Adepta Sororitas Sister Superior, though it could be used for a Canoness as well.

Unfortunately to the best of my knowledge Servo Skulls are no longer usable units  I'd keep them around as awesome objective markers/display pieces.
