Any suggestions for picking up eldar vehicle bits? Specifically shuriken cannon, but also some turrets. Thanks!

eBay, or any of the bits sellers. Turrets? Forget about it. They're $25-30 and you may as well just buy a busted tank off eBay or buy a new one and keep the rest of the bits.

What about twin linked weapons like the forgeworld scatterlaser...any alternatives?

I've not seen many, but I'll be honest, I've mostly been searching for Shuriken pistols. I'll probably just bite the bullet and buy another box of Harlies since they come with enough pistols for a squad of Banshees or Scorpions, and if I don't want to use the remaining parts to make Harlequins, aside from the heads they're still pretty useful for other Aeldari types.

Take a look at what I've been painting and modelling: https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/0/725222.page

Eldar parts seem hard to come by, or as Elbows mentioned, they are quite expensive.

Not really sure why that is as every other army seems to have plenty of bits in stock at fairly decent prices.

Just for my two pence worth, you could try your luck by buying a bin of eldar parts rather than a specific part, the only downside is you might either a) not end up with the part you want and a lot of things you don't need or b) there are no eldar bins.

Have you tried eBay and just typing in eldar shuriken and then sorting it low to high, might take some searching but at least it will just give you the bits.

You've got my gears turning.. a supply for simply wave serpent turrets might not be so hard to do. Give me a bit.

I did, it was surprisingly futile.

I don't why that is, you can get parts and a lot of variety with other armies but not with eldar, even with 3rd party options as you asked for.

Another avenue might be warhammer swap pages on Facebook or items for sale, local gamin groups might have something!
