Earlier in a thread on Magnus being overpowered, it was stated Magnus has a 3++ ,rerolls 1s on ++ saves, and has -1 to hit modifier when being targeted in shooting. On the index dataslate, he only has a 4++. Where does he get the 3++ ,rerolls 1s on ++ saves, and has -1 to hit modifier when being targeted in shooting? Thanks for answering. Sorry if this in the wrong forum.

The spell is called Weaver of Fates, to be as specific as possible.
Amusingly the spell is the worst of the three god-specific powers in most situations, it just has incredible synergy with Magnus specifically.

And some how he gets access to it, even though he is not in the CSM book, and that book clearly states no one not in this book, can get these spells. Being a person who okays Magnus, whatevs.Thank you faq from GT formats.. even if it is silly.

You use the most up-to-date datasheet. Thousand Sons uses the CSM spell list, and the most up-to-date CSM spell list is the one in the codex. Same deal with Rubrics getting a 5 point price cut on the Soulreaper Cannon.
