Are there any chance that Space Wolves or Wolf Brothers can convert their Rune Priests to Shamans or is that heretical and forbidden by the inquisition?

Everything is heretical. The SW are massive cocking hypocrites as it is. Fenris already got purged by the Inquisition so they are on borrowed time as it is.

Please forgive my ignorance, only heard about "Battle of the Fang" where some emo guys had a party at the Fang, so everything got trashed. Didn't know the inquisition also came by? ...why!?!?

The Grey Knights were already there, they came in just after the Dark Angels arrived. After Magnus was banished, the Grey Knight commander deemed all surviving inhabitants of Fenris that saw daemons had to die, because some crap about becoming one later on. But it's been 200 years, I'm sure the survivors have done plenty of breeding since then and Fenris is just as populated as it was before. It's not like the natives had a huge amount of infrastructure to rebuild.
