Hi guys,
I am new to soup, was wondering if there is

A) A character that allows re-roll of advance/charge in an aura for imperium, or more specifically astartes?
B) A +1 to hit aura for imperium, or more specifically astartes?

I don't know about other options but there is a dark angels Warlord trait which allows rerolls of charge distance.
+ To hit is exceedingly rare.

Models that buff IMPERIUM are... rare.... very rare. Cawl can heal Imperium but auras that buff imperium don't really exist. They would probably make Imperial Soup way OP rather than just strong.

The Astartes psychic power Veil of Time allows a charge reroll, but only on one specific unit.

Don't know of any +1 to hit auras - only the occasional stratagem like Skitarii Protector/Conqueror Doctrinas... but none of those apply to Astartes.

You best bet is probably a Librarian and either a Captain with the 3CP "chapter master" stratagem, or a named Chapter Master.

Inquisitors and Custodes Vexilla help nearby Imperium units with morale tests.
