Hello everyone,
I am going to be starting tournament play in the new year but having playtested my two current armies (mechanised orks with a stompa and mass tactical marines), I realised that I needed something competitive and decided to develop my side force of imperial guard. After looking through the codex and options I decided to choose a super-heavy tank company.
So here's my list:

Primaris Psyker [2 PL, 46pts]: 3) Psychic Barrier, 4) Nightshroud, Force Stave

Lord Castellan Creed [4 PL, 70pts]

Primaris Psyker [2 PL, 46pts]: 1) Terrifying Visions, 5) Mental Fortitude, Force Stave

Intresting list, but unfortunately, so many primaris psyker are not able to get use of their powers because only one of each can be used.

Thanks for the feedback! They are there to pad out cheap hq slots, be annoying by capping objectives with the CHARACTER keyword, and also cast smite

Capping objectives with the character keyword doesnt actually mean anything except for specific missions.

With the pending changes to Smite, your list is gonna really take a large hit so wont be competitive at all in tournament play.

I think in general your army list composition suffers from too many eggs in one basket syndrome an opponent with good firepower will blast way your super heavies in 2-3 turns tops and then you have only characters that are not only easy to kill but the changes to tournament play and how character abuse (which your list is based on) is being nerfed in all respects you should be tabled by turn 5 under those changes.

Strongly consider a different path before you invest $ into this army.

1. Tyranids - 15,000 pts
2. Chaos Space Marines - 7,100 pts
3. Space Marines - 6,000 pts
4. Orks - 5,900 pts
5. Dark Angels - 4,300 pts
6. Necrons - 4,600 pts
7. Grey Knights - 3,200 pts
8. Eldar - 3,400 pts
9. Blood Angels - 3,200 pts
10. Chaos Daemons - 3,200 pts
11. Tau Empire - 3,000 pts
12. Space Wolves - 2,400 pts

Yes the new rules hurt this list so you're not gonna win a GT but you can do well locally and it'll still be fun to play.

I would suggest to take a super-heavy detachment and a bataillon detachment instead of 3 supreme command. A- as previously mentionned, your roster will be more solid. B- instead of 6 CP, you will have 9 CP.
