Cant wait for the FW/GW tug of war on points levels.

Is there a permanent stickied thread for Chaos players to complain every time someone/anyone gets models or rules besides them? If not, there should be.

So ready for Fires of Cyraxus.. I just want to use my cute robots, Myrmidons and Krios tanks in 40k as well. Two armies in one!

Alpharius? Never heard of him.

I fear they'll just update HH rules to the new HH 7th Ed and we won't have anything 40k-wise. Was it OFFICIALLY said somewhere that this will have 40k rules ?

Everywhere. Tau are the enemy in this one so it can't be for the HH.

Apart from Tau issue there's this little thing they already HAVE rules in HH. Point has been to give rules outside HH!

Ah right, how did I even forget that I'm please they might bring the Legio Cybernetica into 40k and hopefully with cool rules, but the FW rules are either trash or OP seeing how quickly they get adjusted because of tournaments. I'm reluctant buying expensive (but beautiful) FW models if they're getting nerfed three weeks later, I'd rather have more plastic models.

Also I was happy about the idea of a transport for my AdMech but seeing as the Triaros is more or less 106€ it needs to be way better than a Land Raider, and cost-effective.

Well give FW proper time and they put out better rules than GW. HH is way better and more balanced than GW can hope to do.

Issue comes when GW studio drops in "hey whole rules changes. Convert units in a week" bombshell.

Then if we could have the incompetent designers from GW not mess with FW stuff for sake of money it would be even better...

To be fair, HH is better balanced mostly just because the overwhelming majority of factions in the game are Space Marines. It's a fair bit easier to balance a game when every Infantry unit has a Marine profile, every transport is a Rhino, and every tank is a Predator or Land Raider than it is when you have over a dozen different basic statlines to balance.

Mobile Assault Cadre: 9,500 points (3,200 points fully painted)

Genestealer Cult 1228 points

And because they have decent developers unlike GW who are just told to move models so make rules to support them. Case in point chapter approved which was full of "you need to make sure plastic sells more than resin" changes with no basis on balance.

GW designers aren't competent designers. Only ones that are any decent are on the FW side.
