This is going to kind of be a personal stories thread, where if you've ever gotten into a lore dispute with a friend, or maybe in a game about something where you ever fought over something involving 40k.
See it can be silly, like how me and my girlfriend are opposed many days, threatening to break up because she's a filthy Loyalist and I'm a Nurgle player in a joking manner.
Or like full on arguments over rules.

For me it was a silly one involving the topic above where I brought up the fact that girlfriend creature should switch to chaos, because we're a lot cooler. She said no because Space Vikings (She plays Space Wolves and is a huge metal fan) I reminded her the Khorne existed and the metal lover in her heart kicked in and I successfully converted her to Chaos.
That's a dumbed down version, but if you have a story feel free to share!

That lore has more holes than a Cheddar cheese. Is the vietnam of fantasy universe lores. Imagine roleplaying on it for 7 years. You aren't the same after that.
