Hey gang,

I'm wrapping up my last model in the initial batch of renegades and heretics for the 7734th, and I'd like your guys' thoughts on what to add next. Showcase video is below, with the current models displayed (all five units worth), please leave suggestions on the YT video to keep them consolidated. Thanks everyone!

EDIT: Episode 2 added here

Great work so far mate. I think you should do some marauders next, they seem like a really fun unit to convert, then maybe some mutant rabble. I think the infantry are the coolest part or renegade armies.

Right on, thanks! Will check them out, I'm really getting a kick out of the conversion possibilities for these guys, and the Marauders do sound intriguing

First of all, excellent work so far. I love the paint scheme for your renegade guardsmen, I currently have a squad I'm working on but I'm a bit lost on how to get them looking war torn, dirty and just that whole grim look you've portrayed. Truly inspirational.

Regarding a unit suggestion, well it depends on your goal. With what you have at the moment I'd suggest another section of infantry to try and build towards something that can be fielded. Especially given how brilliant your first squad has turned out.

If you're looking for something a bit different, perhaps some armour? Give Colonel Cross has managed to sway such a varied array of assets to his cause already. Perhaps a disgruntled tank commander and his battle hardened crew decided to follow Cross, offering the weight of force offered by their trusty Leman Russ which has shielded them from the enemy so far. Or maybe the crew saw an opportunity as they were attempting to flee the tyrannical oversight of their Imperial masters and stole a Malcador from the vehicle pool in order to insure their success.

As a final suggestion perhaps Cross' time in the trenches saw him develop a relationship with their friendly neighbourhood Master of Ordnance and the assigned heavy mortar battery.

Just a couple of thoughts. On a final note the work on the Valkyrie with the MANPAD punching through the wing is absolutely exceptional and I love the appearance it portrays of that initial impact.

Iron Warriors (30K/40K) - In progress
Farsight Enclaves (40K) - Planned

That is an absolutely brilliant idea for the Valkyrie, to secure it to the base!

Thanks to everyone who chimed in on the original video! We've added a unit of Cultists and a batch of converted Marauders since then, and it's time to open the floodgates once more and take suggestions from the audience!

Please leave comments on the YouTube video (helps me keep track) of what unit you think should join the 7734th Traitoris Militarum
