That's 2000 on the spot. Feels and plays like an old traditional gunline, aka stay back and don't move. The list has 12 CP, which is more than enough to keep spamming single minded anihilation on the warriors, pathogenic slime on the t-fexes or the exocrines and rapid regeneration to keep your monsters on the up wound tiers longer.

Place the malanthrope between the monsters and the venomthropes between the warriors and the hive guards to essentially make your whole list -1 to be hit. Use termagants and gargoyles to bubble wrap the monsters to avoid deep strike trickery. Once deepstrikes are done, gargoyles and ripper swarms can go and claim forward objectives. the rest of the list should stay put to benefit from Kronos' reroll 1's to hit. With double rupture T-fex i expect that any big target should be going down quickly, especially with pathogenic slime. Hive guard and exocrine should take care of all the middle size monsters and vehicles, and also troublesome elite units like terminators or dreadnoughts.

The big warrior unit serves as the anti-infantry platform. Along with the Prime, they sport what is essentially 7 heavy bolters hitting on 3's with reroll 1's. They also have 3 barbed stranglers. That's 3d6 heavy bolter shots at 36" range, which hit on a 2+ rerollable when targeting a horde unit. And the whole warrior unit can fire twice with single minded annihilation. In a single turn, that's 39 x BS3+rr1's, str 5, ap-1 and 6d6 x BS2+rr1's, str 5, ap-1. It should be more than enough to soften even the massier hordes. The big warrior unit can also bring the pain in hth, should the enemy decide to play close quarters game, with 4 attacks a piece and ap-2, hitting on 2+. The Tyranid Prime can - on a lucky six to wound- completely 1-shot a character or a multiwound creature.

Finally, the Neurothrope should be a source of smite and be able to cast catalyst for an extra 5+++ on your exocrine.

As venoms can be targetted I prefer a 2nd malanthrope over the prime as HQ and then a 3rd unit of hive guard. A little tweaking on points and possibly biovores over one fex, but close to my own gunline list. I'm heavier on biovores over the exocrine, but that may be lack of model tbh!

I'd recommend some carnifex.

They become "distraction carrnifexes" in these lists! They have the only real CC threat (often perceived over actual if shooty) and die first every time - which is fine if you planned on them being the throw away unit ...

Carnifex are one of the most durable units in the nids codex. Inate -1 hit t7 8 wounds so they don't degrade and 3+ - they are great. Aint no one shooting at a -1 to hit carnifex if they can shoot a tyranofex at -0 - that is my experience anyways. I find tyranofex with rupture cannons to be far less durable than carnifex.
