Subject: Warhammer 40,000 Conquest, that'll be why they were advertising for part work staff then.
Primaris Space Marines
Dark Imperium full
Apoth
Captain
Chaplain
Librarian
Redemptor
Repulsor
3 Aggressors
6 Reivers
5 Intercessors
drawing sword from scabbard guy??
Non-Primaris
BaC chaplain/termie captain
5 sniper scouts
5 regular scouts
3 bikes
1 attack bike
1 land speeder
Were this available to us Aussies, i'd be a fair bargain!
The FAQ says 80 issues in total. 80 x 7.99 = 640GBP for the full run. At the current exchange rate that's $1124.48AUD
To buy all these kits individually (and assuming it's the easy-2-build kits for some of the primaris guys), Total cost of minis bought individually = $2349AUD approx. This is also assuming there wont be some arbitrary Australia tax applied. All that doesn't take into account the freebies + paints you get. Which wont tack on a huge cost, but aren't cheap in their own rights.
Two full armies and terrain for not quite half price.
Even if you weren't interested in one or the other armies, that's hard to pass up. If this comes down under, I'll certainly be signing up.
This was it.
Just the models not any paints and other free gifts..

Based on Snrub's post of what comes in it found on page 9, I make it as follows:
Dark Imperium models: Not sure what value you want to put on these.
Other models and terrain: £837.50
There's also various paints + other free goodies, as well as the magazine (if it's worth the paper it's written on).
Maths:
Item GW Price Notes
Apoth £22.50
Captain £22.50
Chaplain £22.50
Librarian £22.50
Redemptor £25 (most likely the E2B one)
Repulsor £50 (although this may turn out to be some sort of E2B as well)
3 Aggressors £20 E2B
6 Reivers £20 2x E2B
5 Intercessors £20 I assume this is meant to be 6, so £20 (2x E2B)
Lieutenant £15 Exclusive Lieutenant £15 (BA Equivalent model)
BaC chaplain/termie captain £30 this also comes with the dark apostle model. These are sold separately for £30 for the pair
5 sniper scouts £15.50
5 regular scouts £15.50
3 bikes £20
1 attack bike £16.50
1 land speeder £18.50
Did you not get the email last week saying you’d get free bits for being loyal, and that an email (this one) will follow with how to set up payment details again?
2 emails total, to get all the info we needed to resub.
Oddly I did not get the email last week, it was not in my spam either. Just assumed that they had lost my details. I then got the second email about an hour after my "new" subscription.
As an aside do we know what these loyalty based free bits are?
Yep, I'm thinking of picking up an issue 1 next week despite already subscribing, as I was planning on picking up a pot of Macragge Blue at GW tomorrow, so might as well save myself a bit of cash and also get the extra paints, marines and brush! Plus it means I get to have a nose at the magazine while waiting for my subscription copy to arrive.

A word of warning for anyone in the US thinking of ordering individual issues from Forbidden Planet - I tried ordering five of issue 1 because I need a bunch of Intercessor bodies, but estimated shipping was £120. Looks like there might not be a viable way for us to get these magazines at the moment.

The viable way is for someone to send you it if you pay them.
The shipping from UK to US would be like £10-20 for 5 - at the most (I’m basing on prior things I’ve sent, I don’t know the exact weight of these but...)
£120 is insane..
maybe they just don’t want the hassle so are hoping to put people off

The high postage could well be the size of them. Looking at the video the packaging may be A3 size. If you can get them to someone who can unpack them and put them in a smaller box and ship them it'd probably be closer to £15 to ship.
They are sending my 4 issues by DPD in the in which is insane as I ordered a number of items which are all being sent separately so postage was only about £2.

120 pounds is insane! Is there not any services that you can get it sent to a UK address then forwarded to you?
In Ireland there's services(even the national post service) where they give you an address of a warehouse they have in the UK or US for items like this that don't deliver to Ireland. Get's sent there then they bring it to you. 4-6 euro for UK delivery and 16 euro for US delivery. I've never looked if there's a UK -> USA one though
Is there a list anywhere yet of what's coming with which issue number? Want to order the one with the exclusive Lieutenant but the Forbidden Planet pages don't have any contents info.

Issue 5 for the Lt Sir, check the FAQ on the Conquest website.
"Is any of the content in this collection new?
Games Workshop have created a brand-new Space Marine army for this collection. The Silver Templars will have their own unique colour schemes, armour markings and history which will be developed and expanded with each new issue. There is also an exclusive new miniature included with Issue 05."
