Yeah, it took bloody ages but I was able to get an order through eventually for a few of the terrain issues.

Shame they only have the second issue with the Plagueburst Crawler and not the first.

Forbidden Planet had the Rhino issue in again last week.


If someone is after a cheap grav tank, Parts 1 and 3 are on Forbidden Planet and Part 2, 3 from Hachette.

How long to Hachette take to deliver? I ordered on 8th May and got a confirmation email, but nothing since then, no shipped notice after 8 days waiting.

I ordered the same day and my order turned up yesterday without a shipping notice, but it was incorrect and i need to send most of it back as i ordered 2x Rhinos and a Lt and got 2x Lt and some Aggressors.

Wonderful... I see why this company has such a great reputation.

No sign since my order confirmation that I placed on the 7th, but to be honest I expected nothing else from Hatchette.

Mine just arrived today so they're going out (and it's taken 11 days for mine to arrive)

They are a bit odd.

Ordered 2 copies of issue 58 last week. Paid by PayPal, who I got an email off scheduling my payment.

Later that evening I had an email from Hachette stating there were items in my cart I hadn’t checked out. Logged in to be met with error messages. No email from Hachette themselves confirming the order. So I sent an email to the help desk.


Logged into my account on Friday to see my order had appeared in the my orders area of their website. 2 copies of issue 58 arrived yesterday. Still no response from their help desk.

If they do ever reply I’ll let you all know

I have had no response from the Helpdesk email address since they changed customer service company last year, up until that point they were always really good with responding same day. If you ever need to contact them then go to the Conquest page and use Facebook messenger instead as they will respond the same day and sort any issues out ASAP (I spoke to them about my missing 4 issues last week and they had replacements out to me the same day).

Just had an email from their customer services. Stating my order did check out and was currently being progressed. The fact I took receipt yesterday tends to point towards a disorganised system

Ordered a bunch on the 8th may, still not received anything...

Yeah I ordered 6 issues on the 8th and eventually emailed them on 22nd. They got back to me today saying there were a lot of orders to fulfill but I should hopefully have got my stuff within 2 weeks :s

Not a major issue seeing as I still haven't built anything from Conquest, excepting the scatter terrain!

So... I have just completed issue 80. Got the whole lot done, dusted, and complete!

A good read, nice work, haven’t gone through all of it yet.

I’ve got the first 10 MR, but then stopped it.
Haven’t started on any of that yet.
But then, I still have all (issues that I grabbed) of the Primaris from Conquest to get round to..

Hell, sorry forgot to update. All arrived about a week ago. Might be worth another chase seeing as you are over the two weeks now. Hope you get your stuff soon.

They are on the Hachette site. Delivery is for UK customers only but I'm sure some of the non-UK Dakkaites have contacts in this green and pleasant land.

So I ordered some Conquest back issues from the Hatchette site a few of weeks ago, I paid via Paypal. They emailed me today to say that their stock levels were wrong and they don't have them in stock anymore, so they are going to refund me by cheque. By cheque, in 2021!

I mean, mistakes happen, I get it, but why can't they refund me by my original payment method?

Has anybody else experienced this?

Edit: I think that I may have paid via card, can't find the transaction in my Paypal records
