Yeah, agreed, they're apples and oranges. Leviathan is best in class at taking down elites or shredding T7 targets. Drop below or go above those targets and it starts to lose efficiency.

With storm cannon arrays it's basically a rifleman dread thats being juicing hard, and should have similar target priority. Light vehicles and poor save high toughness monsters and infantry.

Not really, because the rifleman dread has 48" range, storm cannon array is only 24".
