Honestly yeah, Grey Knights. In fact, most elite armies these days are performing well, light infantry is pretty trash in this edition. Be sure to take flamers on every model you can, for the best results.

Indeed, flamers are OP as heck. Being able to ignore the negative modifiers for shooting aircraft is INSANE!

You could also try Flash Gitz heavy Ork army. Very killy!
